This program is a university preparatory initiative aimed at developing the technical skills of national talent and qualifying participants to obtain academic admission to the world’s best internationally recognized universities, in specialized fields that align with the needs of the labor market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This is a new college preparation program which is designed to equip Saudi women with the essential tools and confidence needed for successful graduate admissions in STEM fields. It aims to empower women to advance their education and careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics

Yes, all applicants will undergo an admissions test followed by a personal interview.
What does the admission test include?
The admission test consists of two parts: one focused on STEM subjects, and the other on English language skills. Each part is one hour long.
Is an English proficiency test (TOEFL or IELTS) required to join the program?
No, but there will be an English language test as part of the admission tests to assess the applicants’ level of English proficiency.
How long is the program?
The Women in STEM program runs for fifteen months, in alignment with the academic calendar in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The program is delivered in a hybrid format, combining in-person sessions at KAUST and online learning through platforms, in alignment with the academic calendar in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
